The first major place I would go to and farm with this group is in FELWOOD if your on a PVP server its kind of hard there is always alliance/horde fighting each other there but if you sneak into Felwood and go to IRON TREE CAVERN you can find a lot of elementals which drop LIVING Essences when farming solo you can average about 5-6 a hour... but if you are farming in a group like this you can get one to drop about every 3 minutes if you guys really push it hard.
